As a key representative of the Global DEI Office, this role acts as a regional subject matter expert, ensuring that DEI initiatives are effectively implemented while aligned with local labour laws, regulatory requirements, and business priorities. You will partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to drive compliance, mitigate risk, and create measurable inclusion outcomes across the region.
1. Compliance, Governance & Risk Management

Coordinate regional DEI and employment compliance reporting in partnership with HR and Legal teams

Monitor and interpret local DEI regulations, providing expert guidance on compliance requirements

Identify and mitigate legal, operational, and reputational risks related to DEI initiatives

Review local policies, training materials, and audits to ensure alignment with legal and corporate standards

Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, especially for employee self-identification programmes
2. HR Advisory & Strategic Integration

Act as a trusted DEI advisor to HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR leaders, and people managers

Support integration of inclusive practices across core HR processes

Partner with Talent Acquisition to embed equitable hiring and onboarding practices

Advise during organisational changes (e.g., restructuring, workforce planning) to ensure inclusion and fairness

Support inclusive employee experience programmes across the region
3. Programme Management & Operations

Lead execution of regional DEI programmes (e.g., accessibility initiatives, workshops, awareness campaigns)

Manage programme planning, tracking, and delivery against timelines and priorities

Oversee regional DEI training deployment and act as a “train-the-trainer” where required

Manage programme budgets and ensure compliance with financial policies

Track outcomes and continuously improve programme effectiveness
4. Collaboration & Communication
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Social Sciences, or related field
Equivalent experience may be considered
Experience
-
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, DEI, or Programme Management
-
Experience in global or highly regulated environments (e.g., manufacturing, corporate) preferred
Proven experience working with compliance, legal teams, and regional regulations
