Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through market scouting and field visits.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Support the sales team by providing qualified leads and handling back-end sales coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and daily field activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on generated leads.
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of field sales, lead generation, marketing, or related field work.
- Qualification: ITI or Diploma.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Candidates residing near the Pondicherry work location will be preferred for ease of commuting.
