We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Listing Optimization Executive to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate content, keyword optimization, and compliance with platform guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and company websites.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, backend keywords, and attributes to improve search visibility and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research using SEO and marketplace tools.
- Ensure product content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with design teams to optimize product images, infographics, and A+ content.
- Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, and catalog quality issues.
- Analyze listing performance metrics including impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and sales.
- Track competitor listings and market trends to identify optimization opportunities.
- Maintain product data consistency across all sales channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and category management teams to improve product performance.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge in e-commerce operations, catalog management, or listing optimization.
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and product listing best practices.
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of image editing tools is an advantage.
