- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving financial needs, goals, and challenges through regular meetings, calls, and correspondence.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial products and services, including investments, loans, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and provide expert advice and recommendations tailored to individual client profiles.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor client portfolios and market trends to provide timely updates and strategic recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, portfolio performance, and sales pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Participate in client events, seminars, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and acquire new business.
