We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our call center team for the night shift, supporting U.S.-based transportation and logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales, handling client communication, and coordinating with dispatch teams to ensure smooth freight movement across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing clients in the U.S. market
- Understand customer shipping requirements and offer suitable transportation and dispatch solutions
- Negotiate rates, close sales deals, and achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely pickup and delivery of loads
- Maintain accurate records of calls, clients, and shipment details in CRM systems
- Provide real-time updates to clients regarding shipment status and resolve any issues
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, call center, or logistics (US transport process preferred)
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shift (US time zones)
- Basic knowledge of freight, trucking, or dispatch operations is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
Shift Details:
- Night Shift (aligned with U.S. business hours)
- 5-6 working days per week
