Preferred Industry: PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Industry / Structural Steel / Fabrication
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Nesting Engineer – PEB with experience in the PEB, Structural Steel, or Fabrication industry. The candidate should have knowledge of nesting software, material optimization, and fabrication drawings. Candidates who are ready to relocate to Zaheerabad are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare nesting plans for plates, sheets, and structural steel materials.
- Optimize material utilization to minimize wastage and improve productivity.
- Read and understand fabrication and production drawings.
- Coordinate with production and design departments for smooth workflow.
- Generate CNC cutting files for laser/plasma cutting machines.
- Monitor material consumption and maintain nesting records.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions and cutting layouts.
- Support production planning and fabrication activities.
- Identify and resolve nesting-related issues during production.
- Maintain reports and documentation related to nesting and material usage.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of nesting software and CNC cutting processes
- Ability to read engineering and fabrication drawings
- Knowledge of PEB and structural steel fabrication
- Material optimization and planning skills
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of production and fabrication activities
- Ready to relocate to Zaheerabad location
