Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and organized candidate for a multi-functional role involving HR coordination, administrative support, and front desk management. The candidate should possess good communication skills and strong coordination abilities and must be capable of handling responsibilities across all three segments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Handle employee documentation and maintain employee records/files
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases accurately
- Support onboarding and joining formalities of new employees
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
- Maintain attendance and HR-related data systematically
- Coordinate with employees for documentation and follow-ups
Admin Responsibilities:
- Maintain office facility and administrative records
- Track and update pantry stock and consumption records
- Maintain AMC records and vendor details
- Maintain company asset records such as laptops, desktops, SIM cards, mobile devices, etc.
- Track allocation of assets to employees properly
- Coordinate travel bookings, hotel bookings, and ticket arrangements for Management and employees
- Assist in day-to-day office administration and coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers whenever required
Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Welcome visitors and guests professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
- Record inward/outward couriers, challans, and visitor entries
- Handle inquiry calls and internal coordination
- Maintain meeting room schedules and visitor management
- Ensure smooth and professional front desk operations
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
- Strong data management and record-keeping skills
- Presentable personality with professional behavior
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn
Qualification:
- Graduate candidates only
- Candidates from Hotel Management, BMS, or similar backgrounds will be preferred
- Candidates willing to work across HR, Admin, and Front Desk functions will be given preference
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
