Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align strategies.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast revenue.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

- Number of new clients acquired.
- Revenue growth percentage.
- Client retention and satisfaction levels.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
