Job Description :
Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE): The FDE is a critical, multi-faceted role that bridges the gap between the Company’s core engineering teams and its key end-customers. FDEs are technical experts who play an instrumental part in the successful deployment, integration, and adoption of the ISV’s sophisticated products within an end-customer’s specific use cases.

Lead end-to-end deployment of products in customer environments

Understand customer use cases and translate them into technical solutions

Configure, customize, and integrate products based on client requirements

Collaborate with engineering teams to relay feedback and drive product improvements

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment and post-implementation
-
Build proof of concepts (POCs) and demonstrate product capabilities to customers
-
Ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and adoption of solutions
-
Act as a technical advisor and primary point of contact for customer engagements
Requirements
-
3–8 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or similar roles
-
Strong programming skills in Python / Java / JavaScript (Node.js)

Experience with APIs, system integration, and distributed systems

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) and DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes)

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to work in customer-facing, fast-paced environments

Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Willingness to travel for client engagements (if required)
