Job Summary:
Nakshatra Solutions is looking for a skilled and proactive Hardware Engineer to manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including hardware systems, networking, and office IT support. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end IT operations and troubleshooting efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, systems, and peripherals
- Manage and troubleshoot networking issues (LAN/WiFi/Internet)
- Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of printers, CCTV systems, and attendance machines
- Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and network-related issues
- Manage email ID creation, access control, and user account setup
- Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and servicing
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches)
- Experience with CCTV installation and maintenance
- Familiarity with biometric/attendance systems
- Knowledge of printer setup and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and email configuration
- Problem-solving and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications in Hardware/Networking (preferred but not mandatory)
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Quick learner and proactive attitude
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
