Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead our financial strategy, ensure rigorous compliance, and optimize operational efficiency across all our branches.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning & Growth
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s short- and long-term business goals.
Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Support strategic business expansion initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and funding activities.
Monitor overall financial performance, providing actionable insights and advisory to senior management.
Financial Operations & Reporting
Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, investments, and capital structure.
Ensure the preparation of accurate, transparent, and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
Champion cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across the salon network.
Compliance, Risk & Relationship Management
Ensure strict compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and internal company policies.
Team Leadership
Supervise, mentor, and build a high-performing finance and accounts team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the department.
Qualifications
Certifications: Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CFA is strongly preferred.
