We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead projects from concept to completion, manage client relationships, mentor team members, and ensure design excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept design through execution.
- Manage project teams and coordinate consultants.
- Conduct client presentations and manage stakeholder communication.
- Review and approve design, working, and GFC drawings.
- Oversee project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.
- Guide junior architects and contribute to design strategy.
- Conduct site reviews and resolve design/construction issues.
Required Skills
- B.Arch degree with 4–5+ years of professional experience.
- Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and detailing.
- Proven experience in project management and client handling.
- Leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities.
- Strong presentation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
