Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality education, improving students' communication skills, and creating an engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and the ability to motivate and guide students effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver English lessons according to curriculum requirements
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and spoken English skills
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage student participation
- Monitor and track students’ progress regularly
- Support students in improving communication and language skills
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Relevant teaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
