The offshore Rev Cycle Analyst carries the high-volume Registration, Scheduling, and Charge Services ticket queue during extended IST hours covering US business hours. Three FTE in Y1-Y2 tapering to two from Y3. Charge integrity has direct financial impact; the role must escalate cleanly to the onshore SA on charge reconciliation issues.
Provide Cerner Registration support: patient registration, account creation, insurance loading.
Triage eligibility verification failures.
Support CPM-Ambulatory clinical-billing integration.
Inspect HL7 v2.x DFT messages for charge-interface diagnosis.
Maintain ServiceNow queue discipline.
