We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive with experience in CHA (Customs Clearance) and Freight Forwarding operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to import and export shipments.
- Coordinate customs clearance documentation and freight forwarding activities.
- Follow up with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs officials.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Shipping Bill, and Bill of Entry.
- Resolve customer queries and shipment-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure timely shipment processing.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and customer documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company SOPs.
Pay: ₹12,649.33 - ₹47,132.47 per month
