Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves handling end-to-end travel operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring every trip runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and activities.
Ensure all reservations and documentation (vouchers, confirmations, invoices) are accurate and timely.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive rates and maintain service quality.
Provide operational support for both B2B and B2C clients.
Handle pre-travel and post-travel requirements, including customer support during trips.
Maintain booking records and operational workflows.
Ensure seamless handover from the sales team to operations once a trip is confirmed.
Monitor ongoing trips and provide real-time assistance in case of issues.
Collect customer feedback post-travel to enhance service quality.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in travel operations.
Familiarity with booking tools, vendor coordination, and travel documentation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
