Plan and oversee valve order execution activities to meet customer requirements.
Perform valve inspections and coordinate third-party inspections (TPI).
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and contractual requirements.
Review valve certificates, drawings, datasheets, and test reports.
Coordinate preparation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Quality Control Plans.
Manage valve documentation and Manufacturing Record Books (MRB).
Handle technical clarifications and post-order technical documentation.
Ensure timely submission of vendor data books and quality records.
Prepare and review ITP/QCP documents based on customer requirements.
Review vendor quality procedures, inspection procedures, and test reports.
Coordinate inspections with suppliers, TPIs, and laboratories.
Ensure product compliance with ASTM/API/ASME standards.
Review and approve technical documentation before production.
Compile and submit final vendor documentation within timelines.
Maintain quality and traceability records.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth execution.
Ensure error-free execution and timely inspection activities.
Follow company HSE policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹9,690.87 - ₹42,947.06 per month
