- Identify and onboard high-value institutional partners (schools, universities, corporates, global organizations)
- Build and manage a strong partnerships pipeline across key markets
- Align partnerships with organizational priorities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional partners
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships
- Ensure consistent engagement and partner satisfaction
- Drive joint initiatives (events, student programs, collaborations)
- Coordinate internally for delivery excellence
- Track outcomes and ensure commitments are met
- Contribute to enrolment pipelines, visibility, and revenue
- Identify opportunities to deepen and monetize partnerships
- Manage executive calendar with prioritization
- Align meetings with strategic priorities
- Anticipate and resolve conflicts
- Act as gatekeeper for internal and external communication
- Draft emails, briefs, and key documents
- Ensure follow-ups and closure of action items
- Prepare agendas and briefing notes
- Track decisions and execution
- Maintain task tracking systems
- Support planning of key initiatives and events
- Provide research and insights
- Bring structure to ambiguity
