We are looking for motivated and dynamic Graduate Engineering Trainees (GETs) to join our steel manufacturing operations. The trainees will undergo structured on-the-job training across plant functions including production, maintenance, and process systems, with exposure to DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) and power plant operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Training & Plant Exposure
- Undergo rotational training in:
- DRI Plant operations
- Power Plant operations
- Production units
- Gain practical understanding of steel manufacturing processes.
2. Production & Process Learning
- Assist in monitoring plant operations and process parameters.
- Learn process flow of:
- Raw material handling
- Iron making (DRI)
- Utility systems (power, water, etc.)
- Support process optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives.
3. Maintenance Support (Mechanical / Electrical Exposure)
- Assist maintenance teams in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Learn equipment handling such as conveyors, kilns, compressors, and turbines.
- Maintain basic logs and reports for maintenance activities.
4. IT / Systems (For CS/IT/MCA Trainees)
- Support implementation and usage of ERP systems such as SAP
- Work with modules like:
- MM (Materials Management)
- PM (Plant Maintenance)
- PP (Production Planning)
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and basic system support.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily reports, log sheets, and MIS data.
- Assist in preparation of operational and performance reports.
6. Safety & Compliance
- Follow plant safety norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in safety trainings and audits.

Required Skills
