Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students preparing for IELTS (Academic & General) and guiding them to achieve their target scores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive and engaging IELTS training sessions (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
- Prepare customized lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests.
- Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized feedback.
- Monitor student progress and guide them in achieving desired band scores.
- Stay updated with IELTS exam patterns, evaluation criteria, and test-taking strategies.
- Organize doubt-clearing sessions and provide continuous motivation to students.
- Maintain training records and share regular progress reports.
- Support in developing training modules, worksheets, and other academic resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an IELTS/PTE/English language trainer.
- Strong command over English language (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with IELTS test formats (Academic & General).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
