This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure seamless integration and transition to cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and resilience in a dynamic cloud environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of security policies and procedures to enhance cloud security posture.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure security architecture aligns with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CrowdStrike Endpoint Security.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP).
- In-depth knowledge of endpoint security technologies and their application in cloud environments.
- Strong analytical skills to assess security risks and design effective mitigation strategies.
- Experience in integrating security solutions within complex IT infrastructures.
- Ability to evaluate and implement security controls that support business continuity and data protection.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in CrowdStrike Endpoint Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
