- Manage the hotel's purchasing and procurement activities.
- Source and evaluate suppliers for food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, engineering materials, and other operational requirements.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services as per departmental requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify new suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to avoid shortages.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and purchasing procedures.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Verify quality, quantity, and specifications of purchased items.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Stores departments for invoice processing and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare procurement reports and assist management in budgeting and forecasting.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
- Experience in purchasing food & beverage, housekeeping, engineering, and operational supplies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/purchase management systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
