The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, labour teams, suppliers, and engineers to achieve timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision
- Supervise daily construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor labour productivity and work quality.
- Allocate work to labour and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
2. Quality Control
- Verify construction work before execution.
- Check dimensions, levels, and alignment.
- Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, and finishing works.
- Report quality issues to the Site Engineer.
- Ensure work complies with company quality standards.
