Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and passionate Visual Content Creator to produce engaging photo and video content for digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling abilities, excellent mobile photography and videography skills, and the creativity to transform ideas into compelling visual content that enhances brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Planning & Ideation
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with the organization's marketing and branding objectives.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media formats to create engaging campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content concepts.
- Prepare monthly content plans, storyboards, and shooting schedules based on marketing requirements.
2. Photography & Videography
- Capture high-quality photos and videos using mobile devices and available equipment.
- Shoot promotional videos, educational content, student testimonials, campus life, behind-the-scenes footage, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, composition, and audio quality during shoots.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, faculty, students, and marketing teams to execute planned shoots effectively.
3. Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music to enhance viewer engagement.
- Optimize videos for multiple digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Deliver high-quality edited content within defined timelines.
4. Social Media Content Creation
- Create visually appealing, trend-driven content that improves audience engagement.
- Adapt trending audio, challenges, and social media formats into brand-relevant content.
- Produce creative assets for advertisements, campaigns, product launches, promotional events, and educational initiatives.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital channels.
5. Brand Management
- Ensure all visual content complies with the organization's branding guidelines.
- Support marketing campaigns through creative visual storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketing executives, academic teams, and other stakeholders to create impactful promotional content.
6. Content Performance & Optimization
- Monitor the performance of published content across digital platforms.
- Analyze engagement metrics and audience behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
- Recommend innovative content strategies based on analytics, platform trends, and audience insights.
- Continuously experiment with new content formats to improve reach and engagement.
Required Skills
- Strong mobile photography and videography skills.
- Proficiency in mobile editing applications such as CapCut, VN Editor, InShot, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is an added advantage.
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Relevant certifications in video editing, content creation, photography, or multimedia are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
