We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and target-driven Education Counselor to join our admissions team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound and outbound leads, counsel prospective students, understand their educational and career goals, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills with a strong focus on achieving monthly admission targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- Handle all assigned inbound and outbound leads promptly and professionally.
- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Qualify leads by understanding their educational background, career aspirations, and requirements.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students until the admission process is completed or the lead is closed.
Student Counseling
- Explain courses, certifications, training programs, fees, curriculum, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting the most suitable program based on their interests and career objectives.
- Address objections and answer questions professionally to build confidence and trust.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, including documentation and payment coordination.
Sales & Admissions
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments through effective counseling and relationship management.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
- Ensure a high lead-to-admission conversion ratio.
Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver an excellent counseling experience to every prospective student.
- Build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat enrollments.
- Resolve student concerns professionally and coordinate with internal departments when required.
Reporting
- Prepare daily reports on calls, follow-ups, admissions, and sales performance.
- Track lead pipeline and conversion metrics.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly admission target achievement.
- Lead response time.
- Lead-to-admission conversion rate.
- Number of follow-ups completed.
- Student satisfaction and counseling quality.
- CRM data accuracy and timely updates.
- Revenue generated through admissions.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, tele-sales, inside sales, or customer relationship management.

Primary Objective of the Role
The primary objective of the Education Counselor is to efficiently manage and convert assigned leads into successful student enrollments by providing accurate educational guidance, maintaining timely follow-ups, building trust with prospective students, and consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales and admission targets while delivering an outstanding counseling experience.
