Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Banking Operations Executive to handle beneficiary-related data updates through the MRM (Money Restoration Module) Portal. The candidate will be responsible for accurately updating and maintaining beneficiary details while following the required process and data-handling guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Access and work on the MRM Portal as per the defined process.
- Update and maintain beneficiary information accurately on the portal.
- Enter and verify beneficiary details, including:
- Beneficiary Name
- Beneficiary Account Number
- Beneficiary Bank Name
- Beneficiary IFSC Code
- Cross-check information before submission to minimize data-entry errors.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of completed activities.
- Handle banking-related information with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams whenever clarification or correction is required.
- Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines and productivity standards.
- Follow company processes, quality guidelines, and data-security requirements.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Excel with Advanced Excel skills/certification preferred.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and smart approach toward assigned work.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and seek clarification when required.
- Prior experience in banking operations, back-office operations, data processing, or financial services will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
