Hotel Manager
Job Summary
The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving financial and business objectives. The role involves supervising multiple departments, ensuring compliance with hospitality standards, and driving customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor occupancy rates, revenue, and operating expenses.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and performance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel services and maintenance.
- Monitor inventory and procurement of hotel supplies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to increase bookings and revenue.
- Maintain hotel facilities and ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service standards.

Working Conditions
