- Contact customers to schedule periodic vehicle service appointments.
- Follow up with customers whose vehicles are due for service, free service, or preventive maintenance.
- Handle inbound calls related to service bookings, repair status, service charges, and general service inquiries.
- Confirm service appointments and remind customers before their scheduled service date.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisors and Workshop team to ensure smooth scheduling and timely customer service.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle servicing to obtain feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inform customers about service campaigns, special offers, extended warranty, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and service packages.
- Remind customers about insurance renewal, roadside assistance, and vehicle health check-up programs.
- Record all customer interactions, service appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM or Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager or concerned department.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update contact details regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for service bookings, follow-ups, and customer retention.
- Prepare daily call reports, appointment reports, and customer feedback reports for management review.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Comply with company policies regarding customer confidentiality and data protection.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
