About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven *Digital Marketing Executive* who can execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and improve marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Tik Tok and X (Twitter).
- Create engaging posts related to mortgages, home buying, refinancing, and financial tips.
- Coordinate with external digital agencies for SEO, SEM and Paid media.
- Design graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
- Schedule and publish content using social media tools.
- Monitor comments, messages, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Run paid social media campaigns to generate leads.
- Track campaign performance using analytics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated with UK market trends and social media best practices.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation.
- Design Offline banner/ collateral for events in UK.
- Create and execute marketing roadmap and strategy for business growth.
Required Skills
- Good written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content strategy.
- Experience with using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop and other Design tools
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Creativity and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
- Understanding of the UK mortgage or real estate industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
