Role Description
This is a commission-based Business Development Executive role with flexible working hours. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for pitching Vitrix's range of services, including performance marketing, social media marketing, and other digital growth solutions, to leads provided by the company. The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their business needs, presenting tailored service offerings, handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The individual will be expected to manage their own pipeline of provided leads with discipline and consistency, follow up persistently, and convert conversations into signed clients. This role offers high earning potential through commission, with no cap on income for strong performers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, including the ability to clearly explain digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Self-discipline and strong follow-up habits, with the ability to work independently and manage flexible hours effectively.
- Comfort working in a fully commission-based structure, with high motivation to maximize earnings through performance.
- Familiarity with or willingness to quickly learn the basics of performance marketing, social media marketing, and digital advertising concepts.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and follow up on leads provided by the company in a timely manner.
- Prior experience in agency sales, digital marketing sales, or related B2B services is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
