Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SysOps / DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure and cloud operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, automation, and production support.
You will be responsible for designing and maintaining reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure while working closely with Development and QA teams to improve deployment processes, system availability, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and software delivery.
- Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Docker containers and Kubernetes workloads.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and reliability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
- Collaborate with Development and QA teams to streamline software releases and improve deployment processes.
- Implement DevSecOps best practices, including infrastructure security, access control, vulnerability management, and secure CI/CD processes.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and Bash to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in on-call support and incident response activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SysOps, SRE, Cloud Operations, or Systems Administration.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
- Experience with one or more CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Argo CD.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Good understanding of Linux administration, networking, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and system troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Git, version control, branching strategies, and release management.
- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing production Kubernetes environments.
- Knowledge of Helm, Kubernetes networking, ingress, and autoscaling.
- Experience with cloud networking, load balancers, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with centralized logging and distributed tracing.
- Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery.
- Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications are a plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
