Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams (media buying, creative, analytics), ensuring campaigns are aligned with client goals, delivered on time, and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of eCommerce clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (media buying, creative, data) to ensure timely delivery and quality of campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance across paid media platforms and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Lead weekly or bi-weekly client calls with updates, performance insights, and growth strategies.
Identify upsell opportunities and support in expanding client scopes.
Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience in account management at a performance marketing or eCommerce agency.
Strong understanding of paid media (Meta, Google Ads etc.) and eCommerce KPIs (ROAS, CPA, MER, LTV).
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
