- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Accurately input and update data related to garment orders, styles, sizes, and quantities in the system
- Maintain records of inventory, production schedules, and delivery timelines
- Verify and cross-check data for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring accuracy and reliability
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management
- Coordinate with various departments (merchandising, production, and logistics) to gather and validate necessary information
- Ensure all documentation complies with organizational standards and is filed systematically
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data security and accessibility
- Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative documentation
- Monitor and report on key metrics like production progress, inventory levels, and order status
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Handle and update records on Inward and Outward Data
- Provisioning proper DC entries for the materials based on valid approvals and PO
