About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team in Zirakpur. If you have a passion for property sales and a proven track record in residential flat selling, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of residential flats and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Generate and manage leads through field visits, referrals, and digital channels
- Conduct site visits and present properties to potential buyers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sale support
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in residential flat/apartment selling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of the Zirakpur/Mohali real estate market preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
