Position: Architect
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop building designs in compliance with local building by-laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities for approvals.
- Prepare and submit drawings for DTCP, HSIIDC, Municipal Corporation, and other statutory authorities.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Prepare layout plans, building plans, industrial, commercial, and residential project drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC consultants.
- Prepare project reports, area statements, and documentation required for approvals.
- Ensure timely completion of design and drafting work.
- Maintain project records and technical documentation.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Haryana Building Code, DTCP/HSIIDC regulations, and approval procedures.
- Strong drafting, design, and planning skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (or as required).
