Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support our Sales and Marketing
team in lead generation, market research, customer engagement, and brand promotion activities. This internship
offers hands-on exposure to B2B/B2C sales processes, digital marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Identify and generate potential leads through online and offline channels.
Assist in reaching out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients.
Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Capture customer testimonials and feedback.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support event planning, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Business Development
Research potential markets and business opportunities.
Collect customer feedback and prepare market insights.
Assist in identifying partnership opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
Final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with Google Workspace, or marketing tools.
Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead generation techniques.
