About the Project
M/s Bansal Infratech Synergies India Limited has been awarded the prestigious
Nitrogen Plant Civil Works at the BPCL Bina Refinery by M/s LINDE Engineering. The
project encompasses heavy foundation civil infrastructure and extensive land
development activities under the stringent quality and safety oversight of EIL and
Linde. We are expanding our core site leadership team and seeking highly
motivated, dynamic, and experienced professionals to drive this project to
successful completion.
General Qualifications & Core Competencies Required
Industry Experience: Proven track record in Refinery, Oil & Gas,
Petrochemical, or heavy industrial infrastructure projects with reputed
construction organizations.
Technical Expertise: Comprehensive, domain-specific functional knowledge
relevant to the applied position.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capability to resolve site-related bottlenecks
on the spot by coordinating directly with the Client/Consultant, proposing
amicable engineering solutions, and managing situational challenges
effectively.
Communication: Clear, concise communication and strong presentation
skills to interface with EIL and Linde management teams.
Available Positions
We are inviting applications for the following site-based leadership and
departmental roles:
HR Manager – Managing site mobilization, labor compliances (PF/ESI/Wage
sheets), and statutory reporting. Experience: Degree / Diploma 5 Years to 7
Years
Compensation & Benefits
Remuneration: Highly competitive salary package, at par with premium
heavy industry standards (commensurate with experience).
Accommodation: Subsidized bachelor sharing accommodation provided by
the company.
Logistics: Free company-provided transportation from the guest house to
the project site and back.
Fooding: Subsidized mess/canteen facilities available on site.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
