About the Role
ORAVCO is looking for passionate Business Development Executives to expand our reach in
the IT/SaaS space. If you love connecting with clients, Lead generations, chasing
opportunities, and making an impact, this role is for you. Fresh graduates and experienced
pros welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social platforms to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads and coordinate demo sessions with technical teams to showcase our innovative products.
- Conduct consistent follow ups and nurture prospects through the entire sales cycle from first contact to deal closure.
- Own end-to-end (N2N) sales managing the full journey from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies, share insights, and ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Drive high volume outreach through calls and multi channel communication to maximize lead conversion.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs, effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Any Graduate (any stream)
- 0.6 – 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, software sales, or B2B business development (for experienced candidates).
- Understanding of end-to-end (N2N) sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Passion for IT/SaaS industry, sales, and business development.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with strong presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
