Making an impact. What will you do?
- You will drive Level 3 operations and service excellence for Microsoft 365, with focus on tenant management, security, and governance

Lead Entra ID and M365 governance, including application access, permissions (Graph), and security posture improvements

Also, Design and maintain technical architecture, standards, SOPs, and best practices for M365 services
-
Also be managing Microsoft updates and Evergreen activities, enabling smooth transition of new features into stable services

You will Implement and sustain security and compliance controls, including Purview, DLP, and sensitivity labels

And support governance of Copilot / Copilot Studio and agentic AI, including usage, licensing, cost, and security considerations

And Act as technical coordinator for M365 initiatives, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- Must have Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in enterprise environments (administration, governance, security)

You should possess Solid understanding of cloud security principles, including Conditional Access, MFA, and privileged access controls

Hands-on experience with PowerShell for automation and administration
-
Hands-On experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and overall M365 ecosystem

Knowledge of application access governance, Graph permissions, and identity/security concepts

Familiarity with Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, and emerging Copilot/AI governance topics

Also, Proven experience in L3 support / enterprise service delivery, working in global, distributed teams
