We are a growing interior design and fit-out company specializing in commercial interior projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from planning through execution and handover, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end interior design and fit-out projects.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, site, and vendor teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Site Management & Supervision
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise on-site activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Track project expenses and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Review vendor quotations, purchase orders, and contractor bills.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct inspections, snagging, and final quality checks before project handover.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, BOQs, drawings, and approvals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and site execution.
- Experience handling residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
