We are looking for an experienced and responsible HK Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team.
- Allocate daily duties and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well maintained.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and quality standards.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper procedures.
- Maintain proper housekeeping records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and hotel standards.
- Experience : 3 - 5 years required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
