We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our interior designing firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building client relationships, and increasing company revenue through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects
- Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, networking, and social media
- Meet potential clients and explain company services and design packages
- Coordinate with the design team for client requirements and quotations
- Follow up with prospects and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and contractors
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (Interior/Construction field preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of interior design services and materials
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in interior designing or construction industry
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Two-wheeler with valid license (if field work required)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
