We are seeking a skilled MS SQL Server DBA with 3–4 years of experience in database administration, performance tuning, backup & recovery, and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in maintaining SQL Server environments. Knowledge of Snowflake will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, maintain, and support Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Monitor database performance and optimize queries, indexing, and stored procedures.

Perform database backup, restore, and recovery activities.
-
Configure and manage SQL Server Log Shipping.
-
Monitor and troubleshoot log shipping synchronization issues.
-
Handle database patching, migrations, and deployment activities.
-
Monitor SQL Server Agent jobs, replication, and database health.
-
Troubleshoot blocking, deadlocks, long-running queries, and performance bottlenecks.
-
Manage database security, user roles, and permissions.
-
Support High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.
-
Work with development and application teams for database-related activities.
-
Maintain database documentation and operational procedures.
-
Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019/2022.
