- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Develop and implement the company’s sales and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead and manage regional sales teams, including Area Sales Managers, Medical Representatives, and distribution networks.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Strengthen relationships with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, and key healthcare professionals.
- 3. Marketing & Brand Management
- Design and execute effective marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products.
- Oversee product launches, branding, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop marketing materials and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
- Build strong brand awareness and positioning in the healthcare market.
4. Team Management & Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development.
5. Market & Customer Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare institutions, distributors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of market issues.
- Gather market feedback to support product development and business decisions.
6. Financial & Operational Management
- Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI on marketing and sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical practices, and company policies.
- Identify new market opportunities, product segments, and expansion strategies.
- Drive annual sales targets, revenue growth, and market share improvement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to formulate growth plans.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
