Job Overview
We are hiring experienced Solar Sales Representatives with proven expertise in Solar Panel and Battery Sales.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating leads, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets within the solar industry. This role is ideal for sales professionals who understand customer requirements, can explain energy solutions effectively, and have a strong track record of closing deals.
Candidates without relevant Solar + Battery Sales experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales for solar panel and battery solutions
- Identify and approach residential and commercial customers
- Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable energy solutions
- Explain product features, ROI, pricing, and system specifications
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, customer records, and reports
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth project execution
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals
- Monitor customer requirements and provide post-sales support when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar & Battery Sales (Mandatory)
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach
- Experience handling residential and commercial clients preferred
