- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Verify guest details and maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Process guest payments, invoices, and maintain cash handling accuracy.
- Promote hotel facilities, services, and special offers to guests.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
- Prepare daily reports, shift reports, and guest records.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Assist in upselling rooms and hotel services to maximize revenue.
- Handle emergency situations and guest concerns calmly and efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
