Job Description:
Mangalam Information Technology, a ‘Grate Place to Work’ recognised well-established leading IT & KPO service company with 500+ workers, was started 22 years ago. We have operations in the United States and India serving global client base of IT services, healthcare, and legal clients.
IT vertical is catering to the international clients on cutting edge Enterprise platforms. Our 100+ senior IT developers working across India and abroad are having skill sets in enterprise applications like Sales Force, Microsoft dynamics 365, Dot Net, Nod JS, PHP, Service Now, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Business intelligence and data platforms.
We are augmenting the business development team from 10 to 20 in 3 months . Looking for high calibre , ambitious and growth seeking Sr. BDEs having insight of IT outsourcing business for the overseas B2B and B2C clients in one or more IT technologies.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
2. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other Data Mining techniques
3. Build and nurture contacts with potential clients
4. Communicate with the potential leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other media
5. Write relevant post in LinkedIn, blogs, company websites which draws the attention of the clients
6. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
7. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
8. Bidding through portals like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, etc.
9. Participate in the client calls with Solution team during client’s time zone
10. Supporting for creating sales collateral & proposals
11. Ability to understand IT technologies, requirement gathering & interacting with IT development team for the execution
Qualification:
B.E. or B. Tech (Computer science / IT) / MCA
Experience:
3 Year – 4 Years (IT services)
Deserving candidates can get 25% to 50% hike in the remuneration
Shift Timing: 09:30 AM to 06:45 PM
