Position Overview:
EduCADD Learning Solutions Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executive who can communicate with potential candidates, explain our products and convert prospects into successful admissions. This position combines administrative and Counselling responsibilities. As a BDE, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and prospects. As BDE, you will be responsible for guiding leads/prospects through the learning programs offered by EduCADD, providing information on courses, enrolment procedures and helping them make informed decisions about their education and career paths. Achieving monthly targets will be prime responsibility of this role. This role is ideal for freshers who want exposure to Business development.
Job Description:
Business Development: Generate and qualify leads for training programs
Communicate with propects via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
Follow up with leads and ensure conversion & closure
Reach out to leads, enable walk ins and ensure conversion
Course Guidance: Provide information about courses, their content, duration, cost, and benefits. Help prospects choose the right course based on their interests and career goals.
Enrolment Assistance: Guide prospects through the entire enrolment process, including application forms, documentation and payment processing.
Student Support: Assist existing learners with queries regarding course material, deadlines, or academic concerns. Provide necessary support throughout their learning journey.
Promoting Programs: Actively promote and market EduCADD’s programs and offerings to prospects through email, phone calls and face-to-face interactions.
Student Retention: Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and encourage retention by offering tailored solutions and support.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrolments and student feedback.
Candidate with prior experience in CAD CAM or IT Training Centers shall be preferred
Achieve assigned monthly sales and franchise acquisition targets
Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
