Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements.
Data & Process Analysis: Analyze existing workflows and datasets using tools like SQL, Excel, and Power BI to identify inefficiencies and business problems.
Solution Design: Create flowcharts, wireframes, and business cases to propose concrete technological or operational improvements.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between non-technical business teams and technical IT/development teams to ensure projects are executed correctly.
Project Support: Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage project scope and risks.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
