- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, prospects, and market segments to expand the customer base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead high-level sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Mentorship: Guide, train, and support junior sales team members to increase overall team productivity.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to recommend product or service improvements.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and performance reports within CRM systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (often 3–5+ years of experience).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
